Delivery

I aim to deliver your goodies within ten days of receipt of your order. If there will be any delay l will email and let you know. If you are ordering for a special date please let me know so l can do my best to get things done in time. Do please bear in mind that l do everything myself so can rarely do a 24 hour turnaround on orders. P&P is £3.50 on any order within the UK

I welcome overseas orders, but please email or call first to get a postage quote.

I can gift wrap any item for you, write a tag and send it directly to your chosen recipient. £2.50 extra.

Data protection

Quite simply Dream Acres keeps all your info private and never passes on details to any other companies.

Returns and exchanges;

I always hope you will be thrilled with your goodies from Dream Acres, if however you are not happy then please return item in perfect unused condition within 7 days for a full refund (less postage). This does not apply to personalised items which are non returnable.

Product descriptions;

I try to describe everything as accurately as possible, but please bear in mind that computer screen vary in the colours they display. As most items are handmade by me there will always be slight variations making each item unique and special in its own right.
